Wonderhood is designed for children aged 2–5 years. Activities are intentionally open-ended so children of different ages and stages can participate, explore and learn in their own way.

Yes. Wonderhood is a parent or caregiver accompanied program. We encourage adults to participate alongside their child and enjoy the experience together.

Welcome to Wonderhood! We recommend arriving around 10 minutes early for your first session so you have plenty of time to find us, settle in, explore the space and meet your facilitator.

There is a beautiful park and playground next to Harkaway Hall, which many families enjoy before class. We also open the hall a few minutes before the session begins, so you're welcome to come in, say hello and enjoy a tea or coffee before we get started.

Comfortable clothes suitable for outdoor play and getting a little messy are best. We recommend enclosed shoes, weather-appropriate clothing and a spare change of clothes just in case.

Both. We make the most of nature whenever possible and use both our outdoor and indoor spaces. Activities are adapted to suit the season and weather while remaining nature-based.

That's completely okay. Every child participates differently. Some children jump straight in, while others prefer to observe first. Wonderhood is a relaxed and welcoming environment where children are encouraged to explore at their own pace.

We understand that mornings with young children don't always go to plan.

If possible, please allow a little extra time and aim to arrive before your class begins, as sessions start promptly at the scheduled commencement time. It's always lovely for children to be part of our welcome routine and settle into the space with the group.

If you do arrive late, that's completely okay. Simply join us when you arrive and we'll help you settle in.

Winter bugs happen! If your child is unwell, we kindly ask that they stay home, rest, recover and save the adventures for another day.

Term Enrolments

• One complimentary catch-up session per child, per term for illness-related absences.

• Catch-up sessions are held at the end of each term and are subject to availability.

• Catch-up sessions cannot be transferred, credited or refunded if unused.

• As places are limited and venue hire, staffing and materials are planned in advance, refunds, credits and additional make-up sessions are not available.

Drop-In Bookings

• Drop-in bookings are non-refundable.

• If your child is unwell and unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to transfer your booking to another available class within the same term, subject to availability.

Term Enrolments

• Term enrolments reserve your child's place for the entire term and are non-refundable and non-transferable once the term has commenced.

• Missed classes are not eligible for refunds or credits.

• One complimentary catch-up session per child, per term is available for illness-related absences as outlined above.

Casual & Drop-In Bookings

• Casual and drop-in bookings are non-refundable.

Wonderhood Cancellations

• Classes run with a minimum of 6 children and a maximum of 10 children.

• If a class does not reach minimum numbers, or Wonderhood needs to cancel a class due to extreme weather, venue closures, facilitator illness or unforeseen circumstances, families will be offered either a transfer to another class or a full refund.
